Dental Record Card – Cat (Supplied as 250 cards)

Description

These should be filled in when a cat comes in for an in-patient dental procedure. The teeth which have been removed or operated on should be coloured in. Photographs should be taken before and after the procedure and stuck on the right hand side of the inside of the card. The dental record card should be handed to the client along with the Get Well Soon card when they collect their pet.
