Vaccination record cards (A5 landscape)

Each morning the CCC on duty should go through the waiting list and prepare the vaccination cards for the day. Once the pet has arrived, their vac card should be handed to the vet. Clients should take their vaccination cards home.

If a client forgets the vaccination card when they come in again, they should be advised to pop in with it when they next pass the practice and the CCC can fill it out and get it signed by the vet.
